סדרת העבודות החדשה נוצרה במהלך שנת 2000, תוך כדי וכתגובה לתהליכים הקשים וההוויה המורכבת העוברים על המדינה והחברה הישראלית, שביטוייה, בין השאר, בהקצנה בין חילונים ודתיים, העמקת הפערים החברתיים והכלכלייים בשכבות השונות, ניכור בין ותיקים ועולים. כמו כן, התהליכים המדיניים והבטחוניים כאשר ברקע היציאה מלבנון וההסלמה הקשה שעוברת עלינו לאחרונה.

העבודות בטכניקה מעורבת עם רשת אלומיניום על בד כאשר הרשת מסתירה ומגלה, מאחדת ומפרידה, שומרת על הגבול הדק ומהווה שער כניסה לתקווה, לשלום, רווחה וסובלנות.

מחסומים עכשווים - "עכשוויים" - מלה שיש בה מן הזמניות עם אופטימיות זהירה לעתיד טוב יותר.

The new series of art works has been created during the Year 2000 , as a reaction to the problematic and difficult issues which affect the state of Israel and the Israeli society. Such as confrontations between religious as seculars, Ashkenasic and Sepharadic, coping with the new immigrants absorption, as well as large gaps referring social and economical status. In addition to the serious security and military conditions, which have been accumulated a lot in the late events.

The aluminum grid on the mix media discover and uncover the surface, unify and parting, meticulous a delicate border and a gate of hope, peace, welfare and tolerance.

The word “Actual” has a taste of temporariness combined with careful optimism for better days in the future.
