הנערים נושאים את הכבשים כאשר ברקע לוחות בטון של החומה הנבנית המסומנים בצלבי קרס ומגן דוד.

מתרחשת דרמה של היפוך תפקידים בין הרקע והדמות, העין נעה בין דמויות הצעירים והסמלים בחלל של זמן וזיכרון.

אקלים טעון של סמלים, קורבנות שנאה ואלימות פוליטית משולבים זה בזה כדמות ורקע, מציאות ודמיון.

A Palestinian youth from Abu-Dis, seen against the background of a swastika and a Star of David, is bearing a slaughtered sheep.
